I'm Spencer Radford, and I'm running for Bay Ward Councillor because every community in this ward deserves to be seen.
When I moved to Bay Ward, I started paying attention to what was happening on my street and the streets around me. I looked at where ward investment had been going, and I found something worth changing. Roughly half of our communities had received no allocated funding in four years.
Bay Ward deserves a different set of priorities for the same budget, and I believe we can build something better together.
